Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, dk33 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all Wagers placed through those Accounts, and forfeit any Balances therein.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.
dk33 is required to verify the identity of all Players as a condition of its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

An Account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dk33 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive Accounts after proper notification has been given to the registered email or mobile number. The dormancy fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero.
dk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at dk33's discretion, with notice provided on the Wallet page.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your dk33 Account balance instantly or within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be credited, depending on the processing times of the respective banking institution. dk33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no security review being in progress. Bank withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the dk33 Account holder.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Wallet page and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may be applied to individual Accounts based on KYC status, account history, and risk review outcomes. dk33 reserves the right to request additional verification for large transactions at any time.
Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met; (c) no security investigation involving the Account is ongoing; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the verified available real-money balance on the Account.
Note: dk33 is required to verify that funds are being withdrawn to payment methods that belong to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
dk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for dk33 bonuses is thirty-five (35) times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute one hundred percent (100%) of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino table games, including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. dk33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, dk33 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant Accounts without further liability.
The availability of specific games and sports betting markets on dk33 may vary depending on your location, technical factors, regulatory requirements, or supplier availability. dk33 does not guarantee that any specific game or market will be available at any given time and accepts no liability for temporary or permanent unavailability of any game or market.
In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of any Game or Wager, dk33 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. No winnings arising from malfunctions or errors will be paid. The decision of dk33 in such matters is final.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, dk33's determination — based on the official governing body's decision — is final. Bets placed after the official start of an event without live-betting approval may be voided.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Games and betting markets. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market interface. dk33 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk33 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:

Nothing in these Terms limits dk33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
dk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by our licensing authority or applicable law; (c) a security investigation is ongoing; or (d) a Player has engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dk33 may retain any Balance on the Account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, dk33 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You may close your dk33 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, all verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time, provided no security review is in progress and all wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been settled.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk33 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the dk33 Platform that cannot be resolved through the dk33 internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated by dk33's licensing authority.
The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Where changes are material, dk33 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
